The CreativeTime Mobile application allows employees to punch in and out remotely in the field in designated Geo-location assigned by the employer as well as requesting time off, submitting hours worked, viewing time card information and receive messages from supervisors.   • CreativeTime Cloud Solution will not work with your current time clocks BUT we have a trade up offer for your clocks if they qualify. Out time clocks use the latest technology including sending the employees punches almost immediately so is available on your database instantly so you can check real time status on employees.
  • Yes. Multiple divisions can be set up using the division option under Setup.
  • Our push technology time clocks only need an Internet Connection, our clocks are Plug & Play, they connect automatically to our server. No need to configure or poll time clocks.
  • Yes. Employees can clock in and out on different time clocks and locations. They can also clock from a Smart Phone (free iPhone and Android apps available) and a computer web browser(Windows and Apple) You can assign GPS locations to employees when using the iMobile apps to control locations were they can clock in/out from using a smart phone.
  • Our push technology time clocks come in three different models

  • No. You can have your employees clocking in/out form a Computer Browser (Windows and Apple) or from a Smart Phone (free iPhone and Android apps available) or Tablet Device (Apple iOS, Android)

  • Yes. Employee time data can be export to Excel and ASCIIText format.
  • CreativeTime Cloud Solution comes with many exports to payroll services (ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, Evolution SaaS, PayChoice, SurePayroll, Administaff, Ultipro, Passport, Excel, ASCII TXT, etc) and we can customize exports for you as well.
  • Access rights are managed by defining Users or Supervisors with rights to divisions, departments and menu options.
  • Employees can be set up with access to the employee time card as well as benefit hours, historical data and messaging.
  • By allowing access to the web clock, employee self services and mobile applications the employee can clock in and out via a computer browser, iPad, tablet, or smartphone.
  • By allowing access to the web timesheet application the employee can submit total hours per day to payroll via a computer, iPad, tablet, or smartphone.
  • By allowing access to the employee self services module the employee can submit requests for benefit hours that will be received by payroll for approval.
  • We have many rounding rules available, some of them are:

    * No rounding

    * Nearest quarter hour

    * Nearest six minutes

    * Total hours to the nearest quarter hour

    * Custom rounding windows for each start and end of shift

    * Custom rounding for each minute on the hour for first in punch and last out punch.

  • We have many lunch deductions rules available:

    * Auto lunch deduction

    * Minimum lunch required (system will adjust to minimum if actual lunch is less than minimum required)

    * Lunch based on hours worked

    * Lunch grace period (system will apply grace period if actual lunch taken is over the minimum required)

    * Lunch override. (Override auto lunch for any day were lunch was not taken)

  • Yes. By assigning employees to multiple shifts they will be able to work multiple shifts during the week, extended hours and more than 24 hours on a day.
  • Access rights are manage by defining Users or Supervisors with rights to divisions, departments and menu options so Supervisors only have access to their own employees.
  • There is no limit on the number of users that can be logged into the software.
  • Yes. Our Cloud Solution is compatible with Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox web browsers.
  • Time format is available in AM/PM and Military Time.

    Date format is available in mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy.
